Our Mobile Banking App IS Being Upgraded!
Effective May 17,2022
In preparation for future enhancements, we will be updating both Andriod and iOS biometrics packages. This update will require any end user who correctly has biometrics set to re-enable biometrics after signing into the app using their current Access ID and Passcode.
We are excited to announce a new mobile experience that includes the following upgrades:
-Provides 30-day view of Notify-Me Alerts delivered
-Includes: Account Activity, Messaging, and Security Alerts
-Allows users to set Notify-Me alerts
-Monitor account activity, balances, messages inbox, and account security
-View Account Balance
-View Recent Transactions
Dynamic Transaction History
-Based on user configuration, the reporting period will now match Online Banking
-The ability to view scheduled/pending advanced transfers in the activity section
Transfer Default Date
-Pre-population of earliest possible transfer date
-Eliminates need to select date via calendar for immediate internal transfers
-Institution configured cut-off times are respected
Transfer Dual Approvals
-Commercial Experience Only
-Add list of transfers pending approval
-Ability to request approval
-Approval status states
