The promotion period opens Monday, February 7, 2022 and ends Thursday, February 10 at 11:59 pm CST. By submitting any entry, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. Employees of the bank, employees of Flex Marketing and their immediate family members residing in a single household are ineligible to win. The winner will be notified via Facebook message. The bank will award a total of one (1) prize consisting of a $100.00 Visa gift card. The winner will be chosen by First Bank of Alabama and Flex Marketing and announced on the First Bank of Alabama Facebook page on Friday, February 11. Odds of winning are dependent upon the total number of entries received. The prize must be claimed in person at a First Bank of Alabama branch location by the winner, who must present a valid, government issued photo identification, within three (3) days of notification. The prize will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. No cash or other consideration will be paid. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Any winner, members of any winner's household, relatives, and persons who use any prize awarded by the bank, and such persons heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the bank and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, choices in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death. By accepting the prize, the winner consents to the use of his/her name and photograph or likeness for advertising and promotional services without compensation.
